   The shaded pole makes the equivalent of a start winding, because it is out-of-phase with the main winding. It won't have much effect at running speed. I think the 5 watt rating someone suggested is too generous. I would expect 1-2 watts unless you rewind it. You would also be talking hi speed, this would be a 4-pole motor at best (likely 2-pole!). This is also not a very efficient motor.
