I soldered almost all of the conections again while assembling the panels. I think this prevented my panels to fail while out in the hot sun.
Many of the cells were badly soldered, I assume that is why they were rejects!

My system is up and running for almost 1 year now and I have not seen any noticeable drop in output, other than the drop converning the time of year now.
