Kewl.
i (luckily) have avoided electrical heating of all sorts
in my mind, to get electical heat, what you do is SHORT the grid :-)
wheras the LPG loves to ketch on fire and burn
although it does have to be exchanged ,
so we dont die immediatly from the CO2 and CO
(we just kill the neighborhood instead :-)
so every heat device in here MUST be gas,
even if i have to pay my way out of it.

i think your steam to power, then in USE condencer is a great idea
get 2 birds with one worm

Hmm, what do you suppose is the most costly
component of that :-) not to mention the
poor gas mileage it would get
