Thanks for all the information. I currently have a hub that I designed myself which allows me to adjust the blades at different angles in the wind so I can find the optimum efficiency for my area. It is a sine plate with a slotted piece that rotates on top of it. My blade diameter is going to be 6 feet and 2 bladed does anyone know of a good magnet to coil setup for this thanks. I am guessing the tip speed ratio is somewhere between 6 and 8. It is a rough guess, very rough.
