it's a close cousin.
actually better.
but thats o.k.
looks to me your blades are way to close to your mast.
@ 5' each should be at least 18" a way.
other than that looks realy good.
what are you going to do about the sun & water?

Thanks for the hint re distance. I had one lot of props broken, fortunately just both tips got taken.

Water: Have to ask "commanda" what she meant by "conformal spray" for the copper windings. Baby bath was suggested by michael from ecoinnovation to keep the sun and rain out. Here in Oz it is summer (30 deg.C) at the moment.

Sun: Found PVC primer at a Bunnings shop. Then silvery or arctic white paint over that for the prop and the F&P.

Conformal coating. Weatherproof. Comes in a spray can. Buy it from Farnell online. Credit card OK. Courier delivery. Jaycar have a similar product called Circuit Board Lacquer.
