My first thoughts were:

Moose tenderloin and the lethality of a .44 magnum 240 grain jacketed hollow points on a beast of that size at 10 feet. But then I am one of those type that gets out and grabs his own meat regularly. And not from a shelf in saran wrap, either.

Couldn't understand how I was the only one considering that as a viable option.

I would have filled the freezers up too. Um moose! I think I will put up a hammock. A big whitetail buck would be nice. I would rather have elk or moose, but they are a couple hundred miles away from me. They could have mounted the head and had a place to hang the hammock up for the winter.

Kinda nice to go to the freezer, reach down in and pull up some homemade bambie's moma sage-spiced sausage isn't it:-}
and tenderloin? oh my yummy. Little Vinegar based basting sauce, little cummin to add just a touch of heat and we're set:-)
