There are also blades in that range of a fiberglass type material being sold on E-bay and a few alternative energy type of sites around that size range, often in metric sizes. From what I have read posted here, they often need a bit of sanding and finish work, but worked more or less ok.
A fellow by the name of Art Randolf used to make fiberglass blades, a bit smaller I think, but I don't think he is making them any more. DanF had a set flying at one time. If I recall correctly they were fixed pitch and made a bit more noise than the wooden ones but worked fine. Rich'A Joule saved is a Joule made'
