I ain't an engineer, but it seems to me that the DeltaT between 33F water and 100F air is not going to cool much air with 200 gallons of storage. The beauty of conventional refrigeration units is that they do remove humidity from the air, significantly increasing comfort level in humid areas.

Last time I went to the propane company and asked, LP gas was $2.60/gallon. I wonder if red diesel in a 10KW generator and a conventional AC unit wouldn't be comparable in hourly cost to a LP gas chiller, should a person be able to get their hands on one.
