A few years ago I knocked together a little program that will print up customised dial cards for these meters.  It's available in my files section here:

That's some nice neat work, I'd say that it's YOU who did good! ;-)

Somebody asked me a while back about adding a feature to it so that you could manually set up a logarithmic meter by specifying individual tick marks and numbers, but I never got around to it.  Oops.
