Thanks for the comments, I turned it by hand and yep she definitly makes some noise LOL, its up in the air now waiting for a decent wind to see what voltage I get, I need a good eastern wind, where it comes in from the driveway its pretty open there. As for how long it lasts, the ring gear off the flywheel is aluminum, I greased it with Marine grease, thats some sticky stuff! but being alum I do have my doubts.
