if it looks right it probably is right. as someone points out a chopped up lump of pallet wood will turn in a gale. the clever bit is getting some power out of it at low winds. being as most of us dont have wind tunnels a bit of maths helps a lot. all the blade calculator programs do is make the maths easier. you could do it all with a abacus if you wanted to,but being as we all have access to computers its a lot easier to use them to do the maths for you. interesting design in the pic. will go and check it out some more.
