An out-of-nowhere question, but has anyone ever made a 4pi wind turbine? Meaning smaller turbines in a total sphere configuration to capture any turbulence: up, down, left, right...i.e. all angles covered? I'm guessing with a 50ft poll the wind is pretty linear, but for smaller polls it would pull in all the odd angle wind turbulence.
