I recently got this one from amazon: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/047175045X I picked this one because it has a complete chapter dedicated to the design of the magnetics and another chapter for layout and noise issues. Both things are critical for a converter that works great. I found specially useful the chapter on magnetics which I think is the most critical part.
