I now know it is a 2005 patent. Do you know who filed the patent? If it is old enough to be in public records, A print can be found.

----------- There is a link to Images - My machine doesn't play whatever wild graphics program the USPO has chosen. If yours does it should be able to open the graphics.
If you really care to build one, the tables should be able to be unraveled and you could plot the blades.
