BatteryMinder kept charging at .5 Amp with a very fast clicking noise (desulfating?).

Looks like there's a relay on the batteryminder board, and chances are that's what the clicking was.....

For $90? I hope there is no relay controlling the pulses!  Too slow to do much good, and it would wear out too soon.
Like a horse drawn space shuttle.

I think I paid about $35 for mine, maybe 5 of 6 years ago and they threw in a second LED idiot light monitor. Look at the web site it was on (aviation). Anything in the av field is over priced.
I double checked the one I have and it is the 15 Amp model.
It's hard to describe the 'noise' because it's not doing it while charging. I think it was picked up by something in the garage while I was testing but I don't recall what it was. When I heard it I thought...well it is desulfating...kind of more like static noise.
Anyway I am very pleased with it's performance over the years.
