Thanks very much for sharing your work. A 48V diversion controller that we could build here in Afghanistan would be really great! When finalized what kind of license will you have on it?

When it is finished you will be free to make your own controller.
I will provide complete kits and boards alone. I can even solder it for those who want that.
I still have to determine the actual cost of the product but I'm aiming under 50 euro.

I will provide the software too with several different types of charging cycles for different kind of batteries. You will be able to see the power output of your mill and it will keep track of the power in the batteries. All data will be logged on an SD card.

That will depend on the MOSFET you will use. The design I'm making now will be able to handle 40-50A but with a few minor tweaks it will be able to handle even more.

The major limiting components are the Terminal blocks and the MOSFETs. The connections on the board will have to be adjusted by placing a wire parallel with it.
