Thanks everyone on your quick response!  I was referring to Otherpower 10' turbine.  It said it was made with 16 gauge, so I thought I would try to duplicate it in hopes of minimize the heat generation.  As far as updating the web page, could you also update the Coil Winder section. It has a lot of missing data, probably during upload.  Also it doesn't show the dimensions for the pin location on the 4" disk.

Im also wondering about the pin distance on the 4" disk if anyone has built this and could post it would be helpful.
