what is it used for other than windmills?
whats my source here in Canada ?

I had ordered it from www.fibreglast.com, It was about $100.00 for the gallon. It was to be used on the repair of our swimming pool. I used epoxy instead.

I am surprised the stuff has not become more common/more available.  I pay about $32/gallon for it, so it's not terribly expensive (its more if you buy smaller qty though).
I get it here, they might ship to Canada for you - not sure.

Vinyl Ester resin is superior in every property as compared to all polyester resins. This product is used in high performance applications in which high-strength and maximum heat tolerance is necessary. This resin is extremely chemical resistant when cured. Similar in strength to epoxies with much increased stiffness.
