TomW was being tactful but honest. No need to get insulted and offensive.  There is no easy answer to what you are proposing for such big power.  Getting thru the polital red tape for such a thing would most likely be impossible to do.

Only thing I would say is to put at least 12" of R30 insulation around each freezer and make sure you have a white Duralast roof.    Put all the money in mega insulation and study and redesign the freezers.
