Hi Fanman. long time no see. The property sounds really nice! Pics would help.

Do you have the schematics for your 120 volt inverter? I'm trying doing this same thing and I'd like to compare them to see if I'm on the right track. Sorry for the spam. :)

If not just go to photobucket and login.  It's just pics of the house so it's no biggie to log in if you need to.

User name is brethrenhouse
password is farnsworth

Click on the first pic/slideshow.  I'm not very good with that kinda stuff so bare with me.

I do have schematics for the 120 dc to 120 ac invertor.  email me your addy and i'll mail you a copy.

Anyone logging in to view his photo's don't forget to log out (like I just did) because if your like me and open tabs, your probably going to be logged in until you close the main window and in my case that could take hours.

Nice place fanman, I'd jump on it in a second if I was in a position to sell my house and go, problem is nothing is selling round here and if I could sell I'd also have to find a job real quick up there, with my luck I'd be in foreclosure because I couldn't find a decent paying job up there. I could see that place selling pretty quickly though, nice.

Nice. Why does photobucket make you login? I have a free account and can go there anytime without logging in.

I'm not sure it always makes us log in every time.  Our account is free as well.  (we have 2 of them lol)

We have the house listed on Craigslist and have gotten a ton of emails about it and a few peeps have come and looked at it.

Not many people know what to do with the wind geni, solor, and wood boiler.  It takes a special kinda person to run that kinda stuff ya know.  And most people don't want to learn.  So I figured I would post it here for people who know what I'm talking about and how to deal with it.

Oh btw, thanks Matt.  It is a nice place.

I hope it sells.  We are doing this on our own, with no realitors.  I'm sure it will take some time to sell.  Michigan's housing market isn't all that good right now.  but, we thought we would give it a whirl
