The blades look nice, except the knot in the one is in just the wrong place, and goes all the way across the blade. It is very likely the blade will fail right at the knot when the turbine is heavily loaded and cause a severe off balance condition, which if not shut down immediately will cause severe damage to the entire turbine. It would be cheap insurance to spend a few hours carving a new blade than to risk having to start from scratch because of a blade failure.

I have to agree about the knot, that blade is a disaster waiting to happen. Otherwise it looks great.
