Something is not correct.
Maybe the 145A battery is nearly worn out.
The simplest math says the fan and light are using 100A.
With the Worst choice of fan and a 100W bulb, a 145AH battery should run them for about 4.5 hours.

UPS are not the best or most efficient inverters.
