that is a European type high voltage 3 phase motor they usually have 6 lugs in the connection box for changing from star to delta and i don't think your  gonna find an internal star point on them like you would on a north American 240/480v 3 phase motor with 9 leads in the connection box.

Yes that's right star/delta only. As shown it is linked for star. You can re link it for delta or you can Jerry connect it as you have the ends of all three phases available.

If you want other than that you will have to do major surgery inside to parallel the coils of each phase.

Probably best to stick with delta or Jerry connection and choose the voltage that suits it, If you specifically want a low voltage such as 12 I don't think it was a wise choice.

Be interesting to see what it will do, you have made an excellent job.
