yep while dupont are the only manufacturers of nafion it is out of our reach. i did do a costing based on the dc dc conversion advantages and it is still a long shot. there are cheaper systems in the pipeline but the people working on them are not saying anything about them yet. think they are waiting to patent them. i am in touch with the PhD student working on them so as soon as he can he will let me know. i wouldn't hold your breath though.
