Hey guy
your post is kinda vague BUT
it all involves breaking connections
and making new ones at the appropraite
points to get the voltage your after,
hope your good at soldering.

Also sealing it watertight afterward (and without leaking even nastier stuff into it in the process - like the acetic acid in silicone caulk).
