To me it looks as if the bottom one would try to turn it the wrong way. It has a bigger surface facing the wind than the one on the right.
The one on top would probably not get enough wind to counter act this. Look at the one on the left as it is coming around. It would be trying to turn it the other way also. I would say if it turned at all it would go the other way. But that's just my opinion and I may be all wrong.
Bad luck or none at all.
