Ok I get it the device consists of a large  ball rolling down a ramp tripping paddle wheels connected to generators .
The paddle wheels need torque to turn a useful amount of work (parasitic to acceleration ) any one of the paddles could  stop the down hill acceleration of the rolling ball or at least slow down the the down hill motion as to equal out the and balance the total work of your charging cycle . This leave little or no power to return the ball to the top regaugeing the cycle .So your wasting your time with this device
I'll cut some red tape for you and say your loved ones don't need you to come up with a device that hit's the jack pot . Just spend less play time and more work time .Find a new bar or bowling alley or arcade to go to where the environment moves you to make positive changes and consider less "the get rich quick" scams . You might have stumbled on to an analogy here that relates to  the Gram parts of your life up to now here .Rolling from from dead end to dead end putting your training on hold .
