The blade system and actuator will be the easy part it is the control is the hard part for me! going to be exciting getting the real unit made! Vs the air X

Suggestion:
Let us try first to improve the hardware parts for pitching.
And then show it to forum members with knowledge of control systems.

It would be nice to have a dialogue about scaling up to 300 mm outer diameter.

e.g with 51 Lamination packages 20 x 8 x 8   ( 17 per fase )

and 49 magnets 20 x 10  ( thickness 5 )

To glue together the sheets ( 20 x 8 mm ) of the 51 lamination packages I now want to make a mold.

What do you think of the size 20 x 8 (thickness 8 mm) of the packages,
compared to magnets 20 x 10 x 5 mm?

It is not so easy to figure out shape and size of the laminations, magnets and coils.
In the meantime, I would like to go on with a new axle and hub for the 300 mm. magnet backing rings.

My intention is to build on the Hugh Piggott design such as Midwoud showed in this topic (with active pitchcontrol)

And to get contacts and constuctive discussions with windmill friends.

yes I understand this but there is way to much fluf with nothing to do with the topic building up in here, yours is a very nice project and think better served if it was given it's on thread then link to this one for the pitch control parts.

Nothing personal just I been looking over this for the topic and just so much more messy now then what it was.
