PJ LCD display

Looking at various pictures of PJ invcerters, a few have an LCD which purports to display output volts/amp/power.

Is this a separate unit entirely or is it driven by the control board in which case does anyone have the specs for the LCD and the connections to it?

Separate entity.. has a voltage transformer and a current transformer, 12v feed from motherboard..... thats the only connection to the system
