Hi i was wondering if anyone can tell me why a base board electric heater would be throwing out black stuff. we have cleaned them over and over and still doesnt help. my husband is blowing out black stuff from his nose, i have asthma and its been worse, and my baby has had 3 colds and shes only 6 months old. my landlord refuses to do anything so im trying to move out and break my lease and i was wondering if it could be dangerous?
