I paid 900 dollars for this unit plus 105 for the remote thermosta. summer time, my gas bill is at the minimum for hot hater for 5 people of which one is a teenager that takes long showers. We can run 2 showers full blast or one shower and any other hot water user such as dish washer, laundry washer. I paid 900+ another 900 for installation + 105 for remote thermosta.It has an exhaust fan that it could be mounted anywhere.I installed it on 2 ea 2X4's fastened to basement wall. The unit is about 25 it fan that is so quiet(multi speed) The unit is fastened to basement wall and is 25X 16X8 inches. Vented through wall.
Best buy I ever made.
