home brew foam insulation
« on: June 23, 2005, 10:44:26 PM »
back when, like 1995 there was an open source plans how to make an foam insulation from plastic bags & bottles "hdpe"?. i remember you had to heat them to like 135 deg F under pressure at 20#

send it in a heated hose.

i've got most of the stuff to do it,i think.

at the tip you add just about any thing that ended with "ene" like ethalene, zylene.

or you could use c o2 with epsom salt.but it wasn't high on the R or U scale.

i can't find it not even with profusion.

i'd realy like to find out more how to,so i don't blow my self again! like when i was playing with hydrogen.

got plans? ideas?
