I would like to know if i could just build a low budget small wind tubine that cuold asist the hot water heater in like a strait wire circuit no batteries no electronics stuff like that or would it just stop the wind mill from turning i have a few ideas on a small i have read about the dump load curcuit and may use that with tractor batteries but was thinking that it wouldn't be as efficent. i am not in a good zone here in nc. but do have plenty of wind in fall and winter.anyone try something similar to start with?
