I had bought water-jet cutout templates for the magnets, and steel discs for the rotors from Otherpower's website. Does Otherpower offer steel parts for 14-16' turbines?
I ask because although I have trees, I do get some decent lower speed winds, and I think I can capture energy at 5mph with a larger blade. Many times my inverter is sitting just under the 50v threshold for my 10'. If I go to 16' I'll 2.5x more energy and I can clock 100w every hour. Of course, I will have to do a rebuild which I don't mind. I would just like to get those nice clean cutout parts.
