Dear Sir when charging a bank of batteries it's better to charge one by one then charging all at once in parallel ?

I believe they should be charged separately if they are used separately.

Charging in parallel is not as efficient if the batteries are at different voltages in the slightest.

But if they are used as a bank I would charge them as a bank. Charging as a bank increases the 'C' rate which means the batteries are being charged more slowly. This means less outgassing which is a good thing for battery life. You still need to equalize once in a while though which may require seperate charging unless you have a large charger.
