I would like to hear more details about the alternator.
Are you using capcitors for self-excitation? Does it ever lose it's residual magnetism ? HP rating seems to be in the twenties ? 15Kw/.746kw = 20 HP
In your first post, you comment that the ECC unit handles voltages from 12-300VAC. Can you get as low as 12 volts?
At what efficiency does the motor convert power into electricity?
