Built a 4 blade with steeper pitch. The first blade was 55" 23 degrees at the root 3 blade. This last blade was 4 blade 27 degrees at the root 49".
It was worse than the 55". Had to go 25 mph to brake it loose. It did do over 1,000 watts at 40 mph though. I've now started on an 8 foot 4 blade. Don't know the root pitch yet but it is steep. Using an old commercial fan blade hub.
If this blade works I'll post results. If not I'll just stay quiet. This blade will be a hybrid of steel, fiberglass sheet, expanding foam, aluminum, nut bolts and washers, glue and misc?
