70' towers
« on: February 03, 2005, 01:33:15 AM »
Hey all, first posting here, but ifred, your in my area,

today i lifted some new 70' towers for colgeco cable, they are

replacing the older ones, the old ones are angle, 70'high

i was just wondering how much a tower like this would be

worth??, they are about 3' at the base, and tapper

to the top. the company that owns the towers now, said they sell

them for $1000.00... I myself figured it was way to much, but again

not sure what they go for?. I erected three of them so if any one

is interested there are three for the taking and will give companys name..

to contact them..

thanks

mark...

Hi Mark, Thanks for the thought. I am interested, but yes the cost for 70' 3' base in use condition is a bit much. They would probebly only sell for the price of the metal and maybe a bit more.. Send me an email : internetfred2000@yahoo.com and I'll make contact with you shortly. Picmacmillan and I are together on this.

Thanks again!

Fred.
