Hi DS,

Did a quick Google search and came across a German? discussion board where someone was asking the same question. The reply suggested a BUT11AF as a substiute (I think!) but as my german is a bit rusty I can't guarantee this.

BUT11AF is a common replacement power mosfet, tough as nails. I've used heaps of them in the past repairing monitors. The real question is what caused it to fail in the first place. Check the driver ic, probally a 3842. If so I would replace it too and check other components around it.
