Hello, Welcome to the forum.

Glenn (Gizmo) runs the Back Shed forum down under. Lots of great projects and kind folks there.
This link should help get you to the controller page.

If you want a solid state version you could do well to look at Ghurd's controller.

Welcome & good luck with the controller.   I'm not one of the folks who can help you with that...

I was looking at your picture.  Wondered what material the blades are made of.  Appears to be AL, or PVC?  Anyhow, not much surface area at the root end.  I'd be concerned.

Take a look on my website at http://gilks.ath.cx/~g8ecj/Turbine/ for details of the hardware etc of my controller and go to github for the latest software at https://github.com/g8ecj/turbine

The 'docs' file on github describes most of its features (doesn't describe the graphics display!!) which includes monitoring everything in sight, controller of a dump load and control of an inverter.

The turbine in the picture is little 2 hp treadmill motor.not my new one.but i do need to learn more about blades. This little turbine puts out about 6 volts in a 10 mph wind no load just charging right now it is hooked up to a light in a good wind(23mph) the light starts to light up. Fun to watch.
