It's a nice little gin, but what's it weigh?  It would appear that two people could lift this off with less hassle.

It looks like 2 u-bolts are all that is holding it on. Those better be hardened high tensile bolts. Cheap exhaust hangers won't last long. Might be nice to have a safety rope, cable or chain on it too.

Hi

The crane seems to be holding the weight OK, but what worries me is I don't see any signs of a safety harness and having lifted many engines out of vehicles and boats any out of plumb on the pivot point and the jib can suddenly swing and your not going to stop it kneeling on that deck.
