Most energy aware country on earth

Hi,
I'm in the Netherlands right now, and I'm am looking at the most beautiful sight in the world. The windmill parks. Just windmills up everywhere, spinning at winds that one cant even feel. They're everywhere! Also, coming in from schlipol airport, I was viewing an ad on the panasonic astrovision right at the front gate of the airport, I saw, get this, a advertisment for renewable energy!!!! WOW!!! We should really learn from these dutch people! They are years ahead of us! Just incredible! (And everyone I asked was proud of them as well)

p.s.
Hugh Piggot,
I was about 150 miles from the Isle of eigg.
(Isle of Man) I am just glad at least one of the Isles are taking advantage of the massive availability for wind energy!
I saw just one wind turbine at IOM! It was on a boat!
(Also, I did look at the 40 Megawatt diesel power plant! Damn Cool! The crankshaft was over 4 feet thick of solid steel! 18 cylinder)

I didn't have the camera ready for the windmills, so I pulled this off the net.
Theyr'e not the same ones I saw at the airport, but I did see them, as I was flying in from Isle of Man.

This is what they looked like from the air.

Damn impressive!
Wish the states would be this open to renewable energy.
(This photo is a 27 Mega watt farm, the ones at the airport are 56 megawatts! Also, the company who contracts these is called Nuon, its a big european energy provider, like gas, water, heat, etc.)

Oops,
Forgot to add something, I did not see these, but I did see another farm. They look very familiar. The one in the photo is in hokkaido, japan
Just didn't want to be called a liar.

The windmills...I have no idea how big a 40 Megawatt diesel is ...quite probably bigger than the Nordberg diesel I  seen in the navy.. 6cylinder and about 2ft. bore...at the time I thought that was big...but maybe not. Norm
