kill a watt meters

where do i get one??

looks like if i am to get anywhere with pfc, or at least be able to do any meaningful testing i will need to get one of these things.
i live in a large metro area, seattle/tacoma, and have been to just about everyplace i can think of and no one has one. heard of em, but no we don't have one.
so where does one get one, i would like to deal with someone on the board if possible or failing that someone that is reputable to order from.
help :)

some guy here advertised them a while back, for 34.95 or so iirc, I've seen them as low as 29.95 on pricewatch

Here in Canada they are a lot more expensive for some reason.

Radio Shack at times sends out a mailer on items for sale. I bought 2 killawatts for 19.95 usd each on sale.
