Intro article and link to full report

In googling for news articles regarding over-unity devices, I ran across an intro to a think-tank report. The appendix to the report gives a nod to "exotic" energy tech, including over-unity technology.

Here's the intro:

Hello! I respectfuly submit for inspection this observation:
Around the turn of the century 1900 most cars were Electric.
Back in the 1970's we had to line up to buy gasoline. If your licence plates had even numbers you could buy on one day. Or odd numbers you could buy the next day. That was THIRTY YEARS AGO.....Why have we not weened ourselves off oil?
The republican money machine does not want to get off oil.Americans are dying right now because of oil money.[ CAN YOU SPELL HALIBURTON OIL CO.].....
MR. "B--H" & MR. "C----Y" ARE WILLING TO MURDER YOU FOR MONEY.BELIVE IT.
We can hide and make all the RE machines we want but the real answer is when you vote. I have watched it happen time after time.Any thing you read here can be checked out at the public library....

I also remember the gas lines of the seventies. But so do many of the people that prefer to drive gas guzzlers. I thought ( nievely ) that the dept of homeland security would actually consider the long term security of the U.S.! But politicians need to get reelected and seem to forget in all the fundraising just why they ran in the first place. No matter the party. WE individually need to make choices to better ourselves becouse the government chooses not to adress this emotionally charged powderkeg. Except to get reelected that is.  Gary D.

Sorry Rat, kinda off topic. If enough Americans stay focused long enough, congress will come up with a true energy plan. That unfortunately is a big "if". We are too busy living from paycheck to paycheck to think long term (mostly). Hope this changes for the better! have a good day! Gary D.

I agree with you.  What do you say we make a deal?  You write your senator, and I'll write mine.  I haven't written mine lately...  Let's do it.

Two things can help us get off of oil.  OPEC and John Kerry.  1. OPEC cuts production or declares an embargo.  Hey Bush! Let's see you say "bring em on" to OPEC!  2. John Kerry wins.  I'm hoping he will try to educate people about conservation, sponsor tax credits for alternative energy, and spend real money on hybrid research.  Bush gave wants to give away $60M next year to the big three for 'research'.  What have we gotten for the over $50M already spent?  Ford puts a toyota system in an escape and bangs its chest...

I hope gas goes to $4 per gallon.  That's what it costs in most places already.  That would help as long as the president then does the right thing (and that does not mean new drilling in alaska.)  I don't really care.  My TDI gets 45+ mpg, and I don't drive that much.  It just makes me frustrated when nobody cares about efficiency.  Germans are efficient, and they are bigger exporters than the US, as of 2003.  We could learn alot from that little country of 85M people.

cheers
