american electric power

I haven't done anything different at my home other than run a ac unit for a short period of time last month. When I got my bill this month it had dropped about $25 that really makes no sense to me.

The meter that is on my house has some brown spots on it like it has been warm the power co says that that isn't anything to worry about. The meter seems to spin like a well broke in ford. It doesn't take much to make you dizzy if you watch it LOL.

Or mabye I finally have payed them enough that I own part of the company so now they are selling to me at fuel cost only LOL HAHAHAHA.

Does it make sense to run something that you know should make the bill go up, but makes it go down instead?
