Well, it made me laugh, anyway...

I was showing somebody the otherpower.com site, and when they saw this picture of Dan(?) testing his mill in May last year, they immediately quipped:

"Hey look, it's Hillbilly Airways!" ;-)

Excellent!

That dog has sure come a long way. Looking at that furling rotor, the sound "boooyingggg" goes through my mind.

I really like that picture ,  need to save it.
My favorite funny picture is here . . .

Looks like twine holding the plywood and 4x4's on top of the car. The caption that was with this photo said there were 10 bags of 80 lbs. of cement (plus more) in the back seat. the shock absorbers had punctured the frame and were sticking inside of the car. The tailpipe was pinched closed to the point you could hear pressure escaping. Home Depot made them sign a waiver of responsibility before letting them leave.

If it was front wheel drive then it must have had some pretty impressive wheelspin the whole way! ;-)

I don't think that care is repairable.

He's got enough stuff on there to build a 2 car garage with.
Then he would have a good place to put the car to fix it.

I want that string! Anything that can hold all that plywood has to be strong. I wish I could have been there when the floor hit the ground. I wonder how many people do things like this that haven't been photographed?

Just go to your local equivalent of Home Depot (Here in Australia it's "Bunning's Warehouse") on a sunny Saturday morning.  No need to take a lawn chair, it won't be more than 15 minutes before you see someone driving off with a 6m length of timber sticking out their car window. ;-)
