So: 36 x .5V x 3.5 A = 63 watt panel.  What did that amount cost you?  Is it worth the work?  How big is it?

about $1 per cell , the glass will cost $40 ( 1/8" tempered) I am using 1/16 T6061 alum
for the backing and 1/4 x 1/4 alum rod for spacers the backing costed $25 and about $5 for the spacers

I am thinking about getting 35# 's  oh , they are 26" x 30" not that bad to do , takes time and I am getting the glass tomorrow

So a little over 100.00 for the whole thing, not too shabby.  That must be american $, yes?  Around here, Alberta, that would be about 300.00 American$ so that's a really good deal if you know how to do it.  You should post some pics so we can see what they look like in the end.  How much time did it take, anyways?

Got a pound in the mail sunday looks like there's enough of the flat buss wire to make connections with I haven't found any regular supply of 1/8 " aluminium . I did find a
roadsign from that had blown off coarse in Ivan though . Don't have any road work for miles. looks like a keeper I 'm looking at a tracking setup that turns down in low light with a delay of X haven't figured out what would be best there. 3.6 motors from
a couple of B&d screw drivers couple to a 1/4 inch driver bit and some all thread .wish me luck. I'm painting over the merg left on the backside.
