Matching magnetic force with the direction of winding and  rotor direction

The equations are not to important as there is more fun in playing around with making juice but I though I 'd post this link for those thatare interested .I think after all is said and done the main objective to designing coils is to match the magnetic force
direction with the direction of revolution with resect to the winding and have the winding as straight as posible thru the nort to south magnetic  flow .

IE large coil legs of straight wire and tight turns at the ends

   Agree or Disagree?

from what i have read i think you are right on this one,

seems as though output is directly related to the amount of wire that is cut by the magnetic field.

so it would stand to reason that square corners would allow more wire to be cut at the right angle.
