Yeah.  I think we've seen this before on a German pseudo-anarchist site.  This has better explanatory text, but they could have translated some the german for us (easily done on the web these days).

All-in-all, I think it's a usable 1design, understanding the it is a modified sine and may commit evil if certain devices are powered from it all by their lonesome.
