please help!

howdy! somewhere here in Yours post was a link to french company producing 6 kW two - blade turbines. it was smth like "eoltech" but it its not that. i just couldnt find it in the base. can anyone "dig it" ?

wa sit somewhere in the posts connected with centrifugal control of blade angle. somewhere in a diaries perhaps?
